What SmartCart does

SmartCart is designed for one thing: helping you remember and organize shopping and spending through simple conversation.

Capture naturally

Send things the way you naturally think of them — “milk eggs bread”, “need soap”, or “spent 4200”. No forms. No extra app behavior to learn.

Recall cleanly

Ask for your list and SmartCart turns scattered notes into something usable, readable, and ready to shop from.

Stay aware of spending

Log spends as you go and get a running view of your month without needing a heavy budgeting app.

How it works

SmartCart is intentionally simple: message, remember, recall.

1

Message what comes to mind

Send a shopping thought or a spend the moment it happens, without needing to structure it perfectly.

2

SmartCart keeps track

Your messages are stored and organized behind the scenes so you do not need to hold them in your head.

3

Ask for it back when needed

Type “my list” to get a clean shopping list, or log spends over time to stay aware of where the month is going.

What using it feels like

SmartCart is built around the kind of messy, real-life input people actually send.

Shopping
You send: “milk maybe eggs soap” “rice chicken” “EGG 10 MILK 10 CARTONS” SmartCart returns: a clean, numbered list you can actually shop from.
Spending
You send: “spent 500” “fuel 3000” “bought groceries around 2000” SmartCart tracks it: and gives you a simple running monthly view.

FAQ

A few quick answers before you try it.

What exactly is SmartCart?

SmartCart is a chat-first memory assistant for shopping lists and spending. It’s designed to help you quickly capture things and get them back cleanly when you need them.

Why not just use Notes or a to-do app?

Most tools require structure. SmartCart is designed for messy, real-life input — the way people actually think and message. You don’t need to organize anything upfront.

Do I need to type in a special format?

No. The goal is the opposite — you should be able to message naturally and let SmartCart do the organizing.

Can I use it for both shopping and spending?

Yes. You can keep a shopping list, log spends, and ask for your list back whenever you need it.

Is it live already?

SmartCart is currently being rolled out in early access. We’re improving it in the open, based on real usage and feedback.
